Refund policy

Returns

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Items must be free from stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • You must include proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at ondopevibes@oulook.com with your: 
  • Order number Reason for return
  • We’ll send return instructions and the return address.

 

       2. Carefully package your item and send it back within 7 days of receiving instructions.

Note: We do not currently offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Received the wrong item or something faulty? We're sorry!
Please contact us at ondopevibes@oulook.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number.
